Lantern Festival
Last Sunday, after arriving back in Singapore from KL at 8:30pm. I drop my bags and we (David and I) went to see the Lantern Festival @ bishan Park.This is my first time seeing Bishan park so 'smoky'. Why is it 'smoky'? A lot of people this year are using the traditional lanterns.While looking at the nice display of lanterns on trees, we stumbled on a very unique display on some small bushes.What do you think it is?
.....Mosquito coils.
(I don't think mosquitoes will even bite or come out with all the smoke.)
Not only were there display of lanterns. There is also promotion for McDonalds.
* important note: 56K modem and uploading pictures is a painful combination.
p/s: I'm in Penang now :) on leave. till wednesday. Back in Sg on Thurs
