HDB Balotting Sep05
It's on again! This time location given are Bukit Merah and Toa Payoh.With the above knowledge in mind, David and I went to scout around for the Toa Payoh flats without knowing the exact address.
I mean..how many new upcoming/completing flats can there be in Toa Payoh?
When we reached, we scanned and guessed where the flat could be.
There were 5 blocks (same area) opposite the library. It was pretty short, about 15-storey high and they have started painting it white.
15-storey, that's odd, pretty short. Perhaps its HDB regulation for that area that it shouldn't exceed a certain height.
Or, could this 'not' be the flat?
So we scanned again, and there was ANOTHER building nearer to HDBHub which is pretty tall.
Nah..not going to walk that far.
So we head home after a delicious laksa and rojak and goreng pisang/tapioca/green bean for tea/dinner to check the internet.
Guess what?
The 5 blocks that we saw opposite the library is the one posted for balotting.
But....
1. It is suppose to be 40-storey's high. (Why did they start painting then?)
2. It will only be completed in Year 2009?????
So did we apply?
